Annie Carouba, esthetician and owner of Bliss Organic Day Spa, is one of only three certified Oncology Esthetics practitioners in Sonoma County. Oncology Esthetics is a specialty that provides skin care services to cancer patients who are undergoing or have completed treatment. 

Cancer therapies can harshly affect the skin, which is the body’s largest organ. Annie offers soothing facials to treat and heal the skin safely and effectively. Treatments include the use of non-toxic, organic products and a restful massage. The service concludes with a gentle Reiki energy session to care for the body, mind, and spirit.

Oncology Esthetician Services

The Oncology Facial is customized for each person based on his or her medical condition. The goal is to help reduce anxiety, pain, nausea, and fatigue. Because health conditions and strong medications can cause the skin to become very dry, our oncology esthetician services are specially designed to help rehydrate and nourish the skin.
